So Far..

✅ The project’s first event was successfully held in Athens, with the participation of professionals in the field (psychologists, social workers, legal professionals, healthcare professionals), representatives of bodies and organizations, interested citizens, and supporters of equality and human rights. The event was the first step towards mobilizing the
community and highlighting the need for collective action.

✅ Educational material has been developed, which includes:

• Guidelines for the recognition and management of gender-based violence incidents
• Legal & psychosocial approaches
• Ethics, professional conduct & communication tools

✅ We have trained new staff who will be responsible for:

• The initial reception and support of victims
• The safe, sensitive, and professional management of incidents
• Liaison with bodies and support services
• The training was conducted in collaboration with specialized professionals and was based on modern approaches and best practices.
